Data Processing via Notion API: We use the Notion API to store and process this usage data. The data is transmitted to Notion, Inc., located in the United States, where it is stored in our private database. Notion acts as a data processor on our behalf.

3. Beta Test Sign-Up (Email Address)

If you choose to sign up for our beta test, we collect your email address to contact you regarding participation and updates related to the test.

We store this data separately from usage data. Although, in theory, timestamps could make it possible to associate the two datasets, we do not attempt or intend to perform such linkage, and there is no technical mechanism in place to do so.

We use your email address solely for beta-test communication and never for analytics or marketing.

4. Use of AI Features (OpenAI API)

When you use features that rely on artificial intelligence ("AI"), the content of your request (prompt or task) is transmitted to the OpenAI API for processing.

We do not store your input or the AI's response on our servers. The processing of this data is handled by OpenAI, L.L.C., located in the United States.

By using the AI features, you acknowledge that your input is shared with OpenAI for processing in accordance with their policies.

5. Data Retention

• Usage data is stored only as long as necessary for analysis and service improvement, and is periodically anonymized or deleted.
• Beta test email addresses are deleted once the beta program concludes, unless you request continued communication or legal obligations require longer retention.
